Adelaide Picks publishes editorial guides to businesses operating in Adelaide and South Australia. By using this site you agree to these terms.

1. The lists are recommendations, not guarantees

Listings reflect our research at the time of publication. We make reasonable efforts to verify each entry, but we cannot guarantee that a business’s pricing, hours, services, ownership, quality or availability are unchanged from when we last reviewed them. Always verify directly with the business before booking, paying or relying on any information here.

2. Your dealings with listed businesses

When you contact, book or pay a business listed on this site, that transaction is between you and the business. Adelaide Picks is not a party to it, does not act as an agent or broker, and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of that transaction.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, financial, aged care, building or any other professional advice. Lists in licensed categories (trades, aged care, holistic health) reference real licensed providers, but inclusion is not an endorsement of suitability for your specific circumstances. Seek qualified professional advice for your situation.

4. Featured listings

One slot per list is available as a paid featured placement. Featured slots are clearly labelled. A featured business must still meet the editorial criteria for the list to appear at all; payment does not bypass quality standards.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If they exist, they are disclosed inline. Clicking an affiliate link and making a purchase may earn us a small commission at no additional cost to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelaide Picks and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your dealings with any listed business. Some rights cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and remain unaffected by these terms.

7. Removal requests

If you operate a business listed here and want to be removed, email us via the contact page. We will action within 7 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.
